One to One Training
The best thing about one-to-one training is you have my undivided attention. I am there solely for you. Wherever you feel most comfortable is where we will train.
I like to start with a meet and greet session. We’ll get to know each other, discuss your goals and what it is you are hoping to achieve. I’ll be honest and we’ll work out what is realistic and how to get there. Following our initial meeting, we will have our first training session. We will work through a programme I have planned around your needs and goals. I will constantly adjust each exercise, so as you get fitter, we can keep it challenging (and I will challenge you, and push you, so you keep improving).
Ideally we would want to meet 2-3 times per week to get real results. If you do other exercise as well, all the better, and I will include this when planning your programme.
Then when the time is right we can have a reassessment. This will take the form of a session where we can discuss in more detail how you are finding everything, I will go over all your details and see how you have progressed. We will mix up your programme and introduce new exercises, ready for the next session.
