Tracy is a FABS trained Move it or Lose it instructor who is excited to help people lead healthier and more active lives no matter what age they are.

Move it or Lose it classes have been developed by experts in ageing research to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater independence.

Each class is only £6.50 per person when block booked

or £8 when paying per session
