Group Training

Sometimes you just want to do things with you friends. Group training gives you the ability to exercise with your friends, whilst having your own PT on hand to discuss your specific needs.

Group sessions need a minimum of 6 people to make them work*. We will have an initial kick off session that is based on the answers each member of the group has given to a pre questionnaire. Everyone in the group needs to have similar goals for the sessions to be most effective for all.

It’s not going to work if one person wants to loose a stone, another wants to run a marathon and another wants to build 80’s action hero biceps!

At the beginning of the kick off session I will go through the plan of exercises before we start a circuit style workout class. Circuits are great because each person works as hard as they can, so everyone gets a full workout based on their abilities.
