About Tracy
Tracy has always been passionate about her own health, fitness and wellbeing. Her personal passion is running, and having completed the London Marathon twice and numerous half and 10k runs, she decided to make her passion her full time occupation. Fully qualified as a Level 4 personal trainer, she strives to offer people support and encouragement to lead a healthier balanced lifestyle. She has a personal desire to help pregnant women and new mums keep fit and healthy as she believes this truly improved her own experiences.
Tracy is a full member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals)
